Your HR or facilities team loads credits onto MiFare smart cards. Staff use cards to purchase from vending machines. You control the daily spend limit and eligible product categories per employee.

Yes. Our telemetry and reporting system can be configured to report by site, by department, or by cost centre, useful for internal recharging and budget management.

Response times are agreed at contract level. We offer guaranteed call-out windows and remote telemetry monitoring to resolve most issues before they cause machine downtime.
