Before You Submit
Have these handy.
The more detail we have up front, the faster we can resolve the issue on the first visit.
- Machine make, model & serial number, usually on a sticker inside the door
- A clear description of the problem, and a photo if you can
- Site address and best contact number
- Preferred day & time, morning or afternoon
- Key arrangements, who’ll be on site, or where keys are kept
